Try out our version of this classic BBQ side dish!

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 can of corn drained

  • 1 can of creamed corn

  • 1/2 cup sour cream

  • 1 stick melted butter

  • 1 box Jiffy or homemade recipe below

HOMEMADE CORN MUFFIN MIX

  • 2/3 cup all-purpose flour

  • 1 cup yellow cornmeal

  • 1 cup granulated sugar

  • 1 tbsp baking powder

  • 1 tsp salt

  • 2 tbsp vegetable oil

DIRECTIONS

  1. Light Pit Barrel® according to instructions. Mix all ingredients in a bowl.

  2. Transfer the mixture to a greased oven safe 8x8 pan or a cast iron skillet.

  3. Place in Pit Barrel® for 30 min or until golden brown.

  4. Serve as a side to one of your favorite dishes.
