INGREDIENTS

  • 1 lb asparagus (a bundle)

  • 4 oz cream cheese

  • 1 crescent pastry can

  • 1 egg

  • Sea salt

DIRECTIONS

  1. Light Pit Barrel® according to instructions.

  2. Clean asparagus and cut ends off.

  3. Roll out pastry dough and separate 8 triangles.

  4. Using a knife, cut thin slices of cream cheese and place in the middle area of the triangle.

  5. Place 3-4 asparagus in each and wrap the pastry dough around the asparagus.

  6. Brush all with one beaten egg and drizzle with sea salt.

  7. Place on grate and cook for 12-15 minutes.
